It is the interactions and relationships between team members who work together to attain a shared goal. Team dynamics plays a huge role when it comes to the effectiveness and efficiency level of teams. Strong team dynamics creates collaboration and support among team members leading to a synergetic effect and productive teamwork. Poor team dynamics is usually a result of poor communication and leads to distrust among team members as well as lack of cohesion and low productivity. \nStrong team dynamics rely on effective communication skills\, strong problem-solving skills\, healthy conflict-resolution tactics\, genuine connection\, trust\, and respect among members. Leaders are responsible for creating this type of dynamics in a team beginning with selecting the right people\, setting common goals\, communicating clear roles and responsibilities\, encouraging open communication\, and selecting leaders of the teams.
